Job summary

Mytcp is seeking a CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner in Minneapolis to provide compassionate personal care for Veterans in their homes. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour plus additional compensation for each visit. Successful candidates will have CNA certification or caregiver experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to empathy and respect for Veterans. Bonuses up to $2,000 are available for sign-on and performance.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience is required.
• Empathy, dependability, and respect for Veterans are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Foster trust, dignity, and independence in every client interaction.
