Job summary

Mytcp in Richfield, MN is seeking a CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner to provide personal care and mobility support in veterans’ homes. The role is part-time/per diem with travel up to 35 miles.

You’ll earn $20–$22 per hour plus $32–$34 per visit, with sign-on and performance bonuses available up to $2,000. Join a compassionate team delivering dignified, independent care to Veterans in their communities.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience.
• Driver’s license, vehicle, and valid insurance.
• Empathy, dependability, and respect for Veterans.
• Previous experience caring for multiple clients in a day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Foster trust, dignity, and independence in every client interaction.
