Job summary

Mytcp is seeking a CNA to provide mobile veteran care in the Arden Hills area. This part-time/per diem role includes travel up to 35 miles, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour plus $32–$34 per visit for bathing/showering tasks.

Sign-on and performance bonuses up to $2,000 are available, emphasizing flexible scheduling and meaningful community impact. Responsibilities include delivering personal care, mobility support, and documenting visits, while visiting multiple veterans daily.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience.
• Experience caring for multiple clients per day.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance.
• Empathy, dependability and respect for Veterans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Foster trust, dignity, and independence in every client interaction.
