Job summary

VTP Holdings, LLC is seeking experienced Vascular Access Nurse Consultants and PICC RNs. You will place PICCs and IVs using ultrasound, support treatment objectives, and travel to customer facilities as needed, with exposure to varied hospital and outpatient settings.

The role offers full-time or per diem options, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to educate nursing staff while working across diverse clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, active license.
• Experience placing ultrasound-guided IVs (USGIVs).
• Experience placing PICCs, midlines, or other vascular access devices using ultrasound.
• Experience in vascular access device management, including care, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• American Heart BLS Certification.
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and meet scheduling requirements as indicated by job classification.
• Must possess a smartphone and love vascular access.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Place PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs using ultrasound guidance.
• Utilize ECG technology for PICC tip confirmation.
• Assist with management of PICCs and other vascular access devices.
• Provide vascular access support services including port access, line removal, and declotting.
• Educate facility nursing staff on PICCs, midlines, and other CVADs.
