Job summary

MDpanel LLC seeks a Traveling Medical Assistant to support clinicians across evaluation days. You will assist with patient intake, vitals collection, and clerical duties in clinic sites within your territory while maintaining high service standards and physician engagement.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year clinical or front/back office healthcare admin experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Must be reliable and collaborative with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience or front/back office healthcare administration.
• Ability to deliver premium customer service and manage time effectively.
• Experience with vitals monitoring and intake assessments is a plus.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and fulfill shifts in full.
• Assist with vitals and measurements as requested.
• Prepare and clean clinic rooms and maintain front desk.
• Complete forms, data entry, and document scanning on evaluation day.
• Ensure patient/applicant intake forms are prepared in advance.
