MDpanel in San Francisco is seeking a Traveling Medical Assistant to join our Day of Evaluation Team. You will engage with doctors and applicants at clinic sites within your territory, delivering high-level customer service and physician support throughout medical evaluations.

This full-time role blends administrative tasks with basic clinical duties, including taking vitals, preparing exam rooms, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience or front/back office healthcare administration.
• Physiology and medical terminology knowledge a plus.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Must display excellent customer service and premium experience.
• Experience with vitals monitoring or intake assessments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to shifts on time and fulfill duties.
• Welcome applicants and direct them to the correct location.
• Assist physicians with vitals and data entry, and prepare exam rooms.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and supply stock; manage office tasks.
• Ensure forms are completed, scanned, and uploaded the same day.
• Support physician/applicant with positive interactions and professionalism.
