Job summary

MDpanel is seeking a Traveling Medical Assistant to join the Day of Evaluation Team in San Francisco. You will work at clinic sites within your territory, delivering high-level customer service and physician support throughout medical evaluations.

The role includes administrative duties before, during, and after examinations and collaboration with physicians and applicants. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, strong time management, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience or front/back office healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is a plus.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task are essential.
• Outstanding customer service skills with premium patient experience focus.
• Experience with monitoring and recording vitals and intake assessments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support scheduled evaluations at clinic sites.
• Greet applicants and verify identity, directing them appropriately.
• Assist physicians with required forms, vitals, and data entry.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and stocked supplies throughout shift.
• Ensure forms are scanned and uploaded on day of evaluation.
