Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Mobile TMC Technician to coordinate activities at Tool Management Centers across multiple customer sites. The role includes setup, diagnosis, and configuration of tooling, plus maintenance scheduling and tool logistics.

The position requires 2–3 years in a production environment, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel up to 60% locally and 40% nationally. A valid U.S. driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 60% locally and 40% nationally, depending on region.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and shifts as required by field work.
• Preferred 2+ years in a production environment with automation, tooling, or data collection systems.
• Interest and passion for advancing knowledge of industrial tooling.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic networking/database concepts.
• 2–3+ years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience and ability to communicate across organization levels.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities at Tool Management Centers (TMC) at multiple customer locations.
• Set up, diagnose, and configure tooling; maintain preventive maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Manage logistics of shipping tools in and out of customer facilities.
• Provide training and support across TMC locations within the region.
