Job summary

Snap-on is hiring a Route Sales Representative to operate a mobile store, demonstrate tools, and build customer relationships across shops. You will drive, meet weekly goals, and maintain a showroom-ready van with strong demos and service.

The role requires 2–5 years in direct or B2B sales, an automotive background is valued, and you’ll receive training, base pay plus a 15% quarterly bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in direct sales or sales management, outside sales or B2B
• Experience in automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair is valued
• Willingness to drive a 16–20’ mobile store truck and pass a D.O.T. physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and use apps on a smartphone

Responsibilities

• Drive the mobile store truck from shop to shop, sell tools and perform demos
• Develop and optimize your route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory, collections and receivables while keeping the van showroom-ready
• Collaborate with managers to share best practices and standards
