Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.]
• Respond to inquiries from clients, co-workers, and supervisors using clear communication.
