Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA license required (universal).
• 4+ years of experience as a building engineer preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
