Job summary

CCS Global Tech is seeking a Mobile Deployment Technician to support on-site device deployment and endpoint management in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on configuring devices, coordinating logistics, and providing Level 1 support in a local-only setting.

Now Hiring: Mobile Deployment Technician – Charlotte, NC (Local Only)

We’re looking for a Mobile Deployment Technician to support an onsite mobile device deployment and endpoint management initiative in Charlotte, NC 28208 for one of our direct client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy mobile devices, including iOS devices
• Coordinate device scheduling, logistics, and end-user handoffs
• Provide Level 1 troubleshooting and break/fix support
• Track device inventory, returns, and lifecycle activities
• Support MDM/UEM environments and follow IT security best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of mobile device deployment/configuration experience
• 3+ years of experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similar
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Experience with device tracking, scheduling, and inventory management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
