Qualifications
- Experience in technology support, training, administrative operations, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Experience delivering training to audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency is highly preferred.
- Experience creating training materials, instructional guides, videos, or other learning content is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Mobile Device Management & Support responsibilities including lifecycle of devices.
- Provide day-to-day support for iPhones, iPads, COINS Service App, and Microsoft apps.
- Deliver engaging technology training for employees with varying technical experience.
- Travel periodically to branch offices to provide on-site support and training.
