Job summary
New England Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Systems & Training Specialist to support field and office teams with mobile device management, training, and process improvement. The role blends hands-on tech support with content creation to empower employees.
The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy communicator who can deliver engaging training, troubleshoot iOS devices, collaborate on COINS and other business applications, and travel to branches across New England.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of tech support, training, or related experience preferred.
- Experience delivering diverse training to audiences with varying technical levels.
- Experience creating training materials and videos is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging technology training for employees at different levels.
- Manage lifecycle of company-issued mobile devices and support tickets.
- Collaborate on COINS and other business applications training and support.
- Develop training content and run on-site/off-site sessions as needed.
- Travel periodically to branch offices for on-site support and training.
