Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide shoppers through their purchasing journey with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Willingness to learn and use digital tools for product demos.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features using digital tools.
• Complete training to gain knowledge of retail processes and wireless tech.
• Collaborate across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Take on other duties as assigned by management.
