Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will demonstrate devices and service features, explain plan options, and help shoppers find solutions that fit their needs. You’ll complete required training on retail processes and wireless technology, collaborate with colleagues across channels, and contribute to a seamless, positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service or sales in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
