Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in the United Kingdom is looking for a Mobile Supervisor (Mechanical or Electrical) to oversee our sites in the South-West region and lead a team of technicians to ensure seamless service delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires strong fault-finding, PPM experience to SFG20, and the ability to manage reactive repairs quickly. Salary up to £50,000 plus overtime and flexible benefits; 25 days holiday and a pension are included.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial and domestic systems.
• Carry out PPMs to SFG20 or equivalent standards.
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience supervising reactive repairs and small projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of technicians delivering top-tier service.
• Manage PPM tasks to meet SLA targets and maintain schedules.
• Keep backlogs manageable and complete reactive work promptly.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Attend client calls/meetings and drive follow-up actions.
• Conduct reviews, set objectives, and support development.
• Perform risk assessments, site logs, and safety audits.
