Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman license or master license preferred but not required.
• Experience in electrical field service or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians, troubleshooting complex electrical issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of worksites to ensure OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work orders, equipment records, and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians, addressing skill gaps through coaching and development initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulations, ensuring the team's knowledge is current.
