Job summary

Hy-Tek Material Handling is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor for installations nationwide. You will lead on-site setup, programming, and customer training for automated material handling systems. The role requires PLC troubleshooting, ladder logic, and the ability to interpret electrical drawings.

Travel is 100%, including some weekends and nights as needed. You will collaborate with the installation department and other teams to resolve issues quickly, ensure safety, and deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Associates degree in mechanical or electrical field.
• 2+ years in electronics field experience.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components.
• Knowledge of PLC programs; troubleshoot ladder logic and modify PLC as needed.
• Interpret and modify mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of safe industrial work practices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve electrical-mechanical issues on automated material handling systems.
• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on systems.
• On-site set-up, programming, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, debugging and programming as needed.
• Use technical drawings to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• On-site training, set-up, and programming.
• Coordinate with customer and other departments to resolve issues.
