Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, mental health, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adults with mental illness and substance use disorders.
  • Current CAC-AD or CSC-AD certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel independently within the service area required.
  • Knowledge of individual, group, and family education techniques for substance use treatment.
  • Ability to provide stage-based treatment and build supportive, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate services with providers.
  • Commitment to client rights, personal preferences, and recovery-oriented care.
