Job summary

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, mental health, or related field required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adults with mental illness and substance use disorders.
Current CAC-AD or CSC-AD certification required.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel independently within the service area required.
Knowledge of individual, group, and family education techniques for substance use treatment.
Ability to provide stage-based treatment and build supportive, trusting relationships with clients.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate services with providers.
Commitment to client rights, personal preferences, and recovery-oriented care.
