Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adults with mental illness and substance use disorders
• Current CAC-AD or CSC-AD certification required
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel independently within the service area required
• Knowledge of individual, group, and family education techniques for substance use treatment; ability to build trusting relationships; strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health and substance use services to adults with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate services
