Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to lead mobile store sales across a defined geographic territory in the United States, including Texas and Corpus Christi. You will prospect, cold-call, and visit businesses, delivering industrial hardware directly to customers with a fully stocked mobile store.

You must reside in the territory, own or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenured background; ideally max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and cold/warm calls.
• Present solutions using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales/orders.
• Maintain data integrity: update customer contacts in company software.
