Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Territory Manager to sell industrial hardware via a fully stocked mobile store across a defined Wisconsin territory. The role requires residency in the territory, ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions with demos, and maintaining store operations and data integrity. A high school diploma is required; prior industrial sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies in the past 10 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
