Job summary

Workforce Recruiter seeks a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store servicing a defined geographic territory in Wisconsin. You will prospect, sell, and present solutions while managing store operations and field reporting.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and organizational skills, experience in route or industrial sales, and the ability to travel within the territory. A high school diploma is required, and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Must reside within assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Must purchase or lease approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must maintain a clean driving history.
• Must have the physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face‑to‑face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
