Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Territory Manager to lead our mobile store sales within a defined geographic region. You will conduct face-to-face calls, present solutions, and drive revenue by stocking and operating a fully mobile storefront.

Requirements include a high school diploma, proven field sales experience in industrial sectors, and the ability to maintain a clean driving history. Residency in the Tennessee territory is required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenure with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information using company software.
