Key People is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store, delivering industrial hardware to customers across a defined geographic territory in New York. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and in-person sales to build a broad customer base.

You must reside within the assigned territory and be capable of purchasing or leasing a mobile store vehicle, while maintaining a clean driving history. The position requires the physical ability to kneel and bend regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a tenured work history with a maximum of 3 companies in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales leads and performing face-to-face calls with cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, and marketing of your mobile store and submit daily reports on sales orders and prospect calls.
• Keep customer information up to date in company software with notes, names, phones, and addresses.
