Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile hardware store to customers within a defined geographic territory. You will drive sales through prospecting, face-to-face visits, and presenting solutions using your mobile store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong tenure; ideally up to 3 companies in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean and functional; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
