Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory using a mobile store approach. The ideal candidate will conduct cold-calling and prospecting, present solutions, and manage operations for a mobile storefront.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a stable work history with no more than 3 companies in 10 years, and the ability to reside in the territory, purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle, and

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and be able to purchase/lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must maintain a clean driving history and have the physical ability to kneel and bend regularly.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers; perform face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean and functional; submit daily sales reports detailing orders and calls.
• Data integrity: maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
