Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences inside a warehouse/club setting. You will engage a broad range of customers, educate them on products and benefits, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes; continuously learn to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
