T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrate the value of our wireless solutions. You will educate customers, recommend products, and use digital tools to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrates and educates customers on T-Mobile products and services; leverages solution-based selling.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, processes, and resources; supports onboarding of customers.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
