Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store environments to drive customer engagement and educate shoppers on wireless solutions. You will identify needs, demonstrate products, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

Role focuses on delivering exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and utilizing digital tools to support the customer journey. Training progresses from onboarding to expert roles with incentives and a stock program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment; educate customers and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and demonstrate solutions to deepen relationships and satisfaction.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; review results, promotions and updates to stay Customer Ready.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
