Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a Retail environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting to educate and demonstrate solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools and consultative selling to meet customer needs.
• Complete training on in-store processes; onboard customers and support store operations.
