Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver outpatient therapy in clients' homes or in facility settings in the Westfield, MA area. The role supports aging and disabled populations with communication and swallowing goals, with a flexible schedule to fit personal needs.

The position emphasizes high-quality patient care, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients' residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults in private residences or facilities.
• Evaluate and treat in the home to support communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication goals.
• Coordinate with the rehabilitation team, plan goals, document progress, and ensure safety and quality of care.
