Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Part-time Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home outpatient therapy across Newburyport, MA and surrounding areas. You will assess and treat adults in home or facility settings, implementing evidence-based strategies to improve speech, language and swallowing.

Qualified candidates hold a MA SLP license (or eligibility) and possess a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation. We offer mentorship, CEUs, and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the practicing state or be eligible for licensure.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services in home or community settings.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with progress documentation.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and caregivers.
• Order supplies and adapt plans of care as needed.
• Promote safe home environments and ensure quality of service.
