Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in in-home or facility-based settings to older adults.
• Direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance communication and swallowing.
• Coordinate care with addressing patient needs and ensuring high-quality service in home and community settings.
