Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home-based settings.
• Evaluate and treat speech-language disorders to restore communication and swallowing.
• Coordinate care with the rehabilitation team and physician to select appropriate treatment plans.
• Adhere to department schedules, documentation, and meetings; supervise CFYs and students as required.]
