Job summary

Powerback is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home outpatient therapy to older adults and clients in assisted living or independent living facilities in Enfield, Granby, Suffield, CT. The role emphasizes functional communication and swallowing rehabilitation in patients’ homes or in facility settings.

The clinician will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, coordinating with the broader rehabilitation team, and ensuring quality service with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services in-home or in facilities.
• Supervise CFYs, temporary licenses, students and support personnel as required by state licensure.
• Document clinical, billing, and care-related activities in a timely manner.
