Job summary

Amergis seeks a Licensed Mobile Counselor to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in developing care plans for clients needing social work intervention. The role involves assessments, coordination of services, and advocacy to support individuals and families facing various challenges.

Requirements include an MSW (or BS with equivalent), current state licensure as LSW or RSW depending on state, and CPR/health certification as applicable. Travel to different facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution required
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mobile Counselor (LSW) required or current state registration as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) depending on state in which they will be working.
• Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
