Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The role involves comprehensive assessments, plan development, counseling, advocacy, and coordination with hospitals, clinics, schools, and community organizations.

Required qualifications include an accredited MSW; LMSW/LCSW preferred depending on role. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential; experience with diverse populations is valued. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• LMSW or LCSW is preferred but not mandatory depending on role.
• Experience with diverse populations is highly desirable; new graduates may apply for some roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop individualized service plans addressing client needs.
• Provide counseling support for mental health, family dynamics, crisis intervention, or substance use.
• Advocate for clients’ rights within healthcare settings or community resources.
• Coordinate services with professionals including healthcare providers, agencies, schools, and communities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in compliance with ethics and laws.
• Stay informed about local resources to provide referrals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
