Compass Medical Provider, LLC seeks a Licensed Social Worker to deliver professional social work services to individuals, families, and groups to support emotional well-being and connect clients with community resources. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) is required.
• Active state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LICSW, or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in behavioral health, clinical assessment, and crisis intervention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals with clients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as individual, family, or group counseling, crisis stabilization, brief solution-focused interventions, and psychoeducation.
• Assess safety concerns and implement crisis or emergency management protocols.
• Maintain ongoing communication with multidisciplinary teams, providers, and family support.
• Document all clinical interactions in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Link clients to community resources and coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments.
