Job summary

Mondelez International, a leading snacking company, is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Dallas, OR area. You will work on the front lines bringing Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores, stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products are in stock for shoppers.

You will visit multiple local retailers, maintain relationships with store personnel, place orders via iPad, and support promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Dallas, OR; secondary locations Independence, Salem, Albany, Corvallis.
• Open availability including weekends; start time 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions and displays.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical duties.
