Mondelez International in Omaha, NE, is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to join our front-line team. You will visit stores, stock shelves, set displays, place orders via iPad with Salesforce, and ensure our Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are always in stock and well-presented.

You’ll build strong retailer relationships, follow RTM plans, capture display photos, support promotions, and help keep the biscuit aisle of Mondelez front and center.

• Must have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as required.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant with physical aspects of the role.
