Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and manage in-store merchandising with a focus on in-stock conditions and promotional execution.

The role requires driving to multiple store locations, handling physical tasks, and providing exceptional service to store teams and shoppers. Open weekends; start at 6 am in Dallas, OR and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Dallas, OR).
• Secondary locations: Independence, Salem, Albany, Corvallis (OR).
• Open availability including weekends; start time 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility and execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Adhere to daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and compliance while performing physical merchandising tasks.
