Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays, and place orders using an iPad. You will serve Mansfield, PA and nearby locations, ensuring Nabisco brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well represented.

The role requires driving to multiple stores, carrying out merchandising steps, and collaborating with sales reps to optimize visibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID, US passport, or federal ID.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasional 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Mansfield, PA; secondary locations listed in PA/NY.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and displays.
• Conduct in-store visits and capture photos of displays.
• Order products via iPad to ensure shelves are stocked.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.
