W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to operate a mobile Shoemobile, visiting industrial customer sites within a ~150 mile radius. You will deliver exceptional sales and customer service, assist with footwear selection, maintain truck stock, and process orders and returns.

The role requires a Class A CDL, willingness to travel 2–3 nights per week, and adherence to DOT regulations. Base pay ranges from $58,000 to $72,000 per year, plus commissions; benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
• Ability to navigate and use systems and tools.
• Overnight travel Monday–Friday; 2–3 overnights per week.
• Stand for long periods; wear steel-toe boots.
• Territory radius about 150 miles; some longer trips.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with footwear selection and sizing.
• Maintain truck stock and inventory levels.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges on Shoemobile.
• Comply with DOT regulations; maintain DOT logbook.
• Restock with Branch/DC and coordinate with Truck Leasing.
• Keep showroom and warehouse clean and organized.
