Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to operate our service truck, service portable restrooms and holding tanks, and ensure safe, efficient operations at customer sites.

You will interact with customers on-site, perform routine servicing, and adjust routes as needed to meet client needs. The role requires a minimum of two years of commercial driving, a valid license (CDL or non-commercial), and strong time management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and drive to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks.
• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Maintain safety by following USS and DOT safety standards to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Provide quality customer service on-site to ensure services meet customer expectations.
• Adapt routes to meet customer needs and communicate feedback for efficiency.
