Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms/holding tanks at customer sites. The role is central to our business and requires safe driving and efficient service on each route.

The ideal candidate has a CDL or non-commercial license, at least two years of commercial driving experience, and strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial driving experience is required.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck in a safe manner per USS and DOT requirements.
• Service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks to USS standards.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure services meet their expectations.
• Adjust routes as needed to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Discuss customer needs to plan current and future portable toilet services.
