Job summary

United Site Services, Inc seeks a Service Technician to operate a company service truck, travel to sites, and service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. You will perform safe driving per USS and DOT standards, handle lifting and on-site customer interactions, and help plan routes to meet current and future client needs while maintaining excellent service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

Operate a service truck and drive to locations to service/pump/clean portable toilets or holding tanks.
Adhere to USS and DOT safety standards to prevent accidents.
Perform lifting and other physical tasks as required (up to 150 lbs).
Provide courteous customer service on-site and address client needs.
Adjust routes to meet customer needs and provide routing feedback to improve efficiency.
Assist in planning for current and future customer needs.
