Job summary

Capital Ford & Lincoln of Wilmington is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. The right candidate will travel in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls, with ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• ASE or Ford certifications preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience as a service technician preferred but not required.
• Comfort with tablets and dealership software

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Travel in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls.
• Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments.
• Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as outlined on repair orders.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Accurately document repairs/work performed on repair orders.
• Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training.
• Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions.
• Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and be ASE certified. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls.
