Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of mechanical experience.
• Manufacture certification is a plus but not required; we train and grow our own.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on maintenance and repair orders to dealership standards.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, etc.).
• Perform multi-point inspections.
• Explain repairs and provide time estimates to service advisors and customers.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostics tools.
• Log repair orders and manage MPI notes.
• Learn new technical information in formal training sessions.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety recalls.
